Example of the purchase process
Which name is the license written out to?
By default the ASAP Utilities license contains the following information:- Company
- Firstname + Lastname
- Ordernumber
- License key
Step 1.
Determine the quantity of licenses you need to buy and choose
"Order Now"The payments are handled by our e-commerce partner RegNow.
Step 2.
Fill in the necessary information.This is an example of the order form. You can click on it to view its full size.
The Extended Download Service is an automatically added service from RegNow that is not absolutely necessary for a proper use of ASAP Utilities. If you don't need it, just uncheck it.
You can also get a backup copy of ASAP Utilities on a cd-rom by postal mail for an additional USD 12.50.This cd-rom must be seen as a backup. You will not get it delivered in a box with a manual such as you might be used to in a store and with other software. We do not do that to keep the price low. The box shot on our website is for illustrative purpose only. By default this option is not selected and ASAP Utilities is delivered as an electronic download. Electronic delivery benefits the environment by consuming fewer natural resources and creating less paper waste.
There are several payment methods available (view payment methods), depending on your country and currency settings.
A few notes on this about the payment limitations: American Express (AMEX) is only available if the currency is USD. Invoice can not be used for bank transfers. In that case choose "Bank/Wire Transfer".
Step 3.
After you clicked on the "Place Your Order" button you can review the information before you confirm the order.If everything is correct, click on the "Place your order" button.
Step 4.
This example shows what happens when you pay by credit card. This is the easiest and fastest way to order.After you placed the order you should see something familiar like this:
You can click on the "Receipt" link to open the receipt so that you can print it (recommended).

Delivery
Your registration code is sent to you by email immediately after the order is completed and the payment is received.This is usually within a few minutes when you pay with a credit card. If you use one of the other payment methods it might take a little longer; you will get your license key delivered as soon as your payment is received.

Step 5. Making ASAP Utilities a registered version
You will receive your license key by email, send to the address you entered in the "Email" field in the "Purchase Details" section at the top of the order form. You will get two emails after the order is completed. The email from "ASAP Utilities (A Must in Every Office BV)" contains the full license information.To make the ASAP Utilities evaluation into a registered version, do the following:
- Install ASAP Utilities (if not already done)
- In the Excel menu choose ASAP Utilities > Unregistered version
- Click on the button "Enter registration information"
- Fill in the fields exactly as uses when you placed your order.
After you entered the information click on the "Register" button.
We recommend you to use "copy and paste" to avoid typing errors.
