Payment Methods

We want the ordering process to be as easy as it can. Our e-commerce partner RegNow offers a range of payment options, below is a brief description of each option and the process to follow your order through to completion.

At the bottom of this page you will find the translations of the payment options.

Note: For Visa and Mastercard the currency you select will be what you are charged in. All other payment types will be charged in USD regardless of currency selected.

1. Credit Card

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (USD only), Discover (USD only), Visa Check Card, Eurocard and MasterMoney. All orders are processed in real time and upon completion an email will be sent to you as confirmation of your purchase. This option is recommended for the fastest delivery of your order. For all other options you will not receive your order until we have received payment.

Please note: American Express (AMEX) and Discover are only available if the currency is USD.

2. Bank/Wire Transfer

Depending on your location, once you click "Place Your Order" you will either be provided with payment instructions on your monitor or you will be advised that an invoice will be postal mailed to you. European customers who receive an invoice by postal mail may use the invoice to pay by bank/wire transfer or GIRO.

Process

After submitting an order with "Bank/Wire Transfer" chosen as the payment method, you will receive instructions on submitting your wire transfer to one of our banks. Depending on the country you are in, the process by which yo will actually pay for your wire transfer order varies. For example, if you are in the U.S., then you will be given instructions on sending you wire transfer directly to a U.S. based bank. If you are located in certain Western European countries, however, then you may receive what is known as a "Giro" via postal mail which you will then submit to you local bank. We have local banks in about 30 of the most popular countries orders are received from -- this allows you to pay for you order without the high costs that may be associated with wiring to a non-local bank. For countries which we do not have a local bank, customers will receive the standard U.S. bank information.

Please note: Depending on your location, this option will either provide you with payment instructions on your monitor or an invoice will be sent to you via post in the next 5-6 business days. Upon receipt of funds an email will be sent to you as confirmation of your purchase.
Orders paid by bank wire transfer are subject to an order processing fee. The order processing fee for customers who are given our U.S. bank information is $10.0 0 USD. The order processing fee for customers who are provided with remittance data for their local bank (excluding the U.S.) is $2.50 USD.

Finalization

Unlike credit card orders placed online, you will not receive the product immediately after you submit you order. You will get the product when the payment is received from you in full.

3. Check/Money Order

As an alternate form of payment to credit cards, customers may pay for their order using a check or money order. We currently accept the following currencies for orders that will be paid by check or money order:
  • US dollar (USD)
  • Canadian dollar (CAD or CDN)
  • Euro
  • British pound sterling (GBP)

Process

After submitting an order with "Check/Money Order" chosen as the payment method, you will immediately receive instructions on submitting your payment to us. If you are ordering in USD or CAD then you will be provided with our United States address for remitting their payment to us. If you have selected Euro or GBP for your order then you will be provided with our UK address for submitting your payment to us.

Please note: With this option you will need to send a check or money order to the address listed on the final page. Your registration will not be complete until funds have been received.
Orders paid by Check/Money Order are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee.

Finalization

Unlike credit card orders placed online, you will not receive the product immediately after you submit you order. You will get the product when the payment is received from you in full.

4. Fax - Credit Card

As an alternate form of payment to credit cards online, customers may pay for their order using their credit card, via fax. This payment method is available on the online order form by accessing the drop down box next to "Payment Method". We currently accept the following currencies for orders that will be paid by credit card:
  • US dollar (USD)
  • Canadian dollar (CAD or CDN)
  • Australian dollar (AUD)
  • Euro
  • British pound sterling (GBP)
We currently accept the following credit card types:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Visa Check Card
  • Eurocard
  • MasterMoney
  • American Express (USD only)
  • Discover (USD only)

Process

After submitting an order with "Fax-Credit Card" chosen as the payment method, you will receive immediate instructions for submitting your payment to us by fax.

Please note: The fax number will be presented at the bottom of the final page. Once we receive your completed information we will process the order as soon as possible.
Orders paid by credit card via fax are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee.

Finalization

Unlike credit card orders placed online, you will not receive the product immediately after you submit you order. You will get the product when the payment is received from you in full.

5. Open Invoice (European)

As an alternate form of payment to credit cards, you may pay for your order using the Open Invoice (European) payment method. This payment method is currently only available to customers in limited regions (Western European countries for the most part).

Process

After submitting an order with "Open Invoice (European)" chosen as the payment method, you will receive an invoice by postal mail in about 5-6 business days. The invoice will provide you with the opportunity to pay either by bank wire transfer or by "Giro" (Giro is a payment method commonly used in Europe)

Please note: With this option a statement will be sent to you via post in the next 5-6 business days. Simply fill out the Giro information and mail it to your bank. Upon receipt of funds an email will be sent to you with your registration information.
Orders using the Open Invoice (European) payment option are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee.

Finalization

Unlike credit card orders placed online, you will not receive the product immediately after you submit you order. You will get the product when the payment is received from you in full.

6. PayPal

As an alternate form of payment to credit cards, you can pay for your order using PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to make use of this option, PayPal will also allow you to pay using a credit card. This payment option is available in USD only.

Process

After submitting an order with "PayPal" chosen as the payment method, you will be presented with the following text on your monitor:
Checkout: Continue to PayPal Site
Do not close this browser or view another page until you complete your payment and see confirmation of your order on your screen.
Instructions
  1. Click on the "Buy Now" button to go to the PayPal website.
  2. If you have a PayPal account, enter your e-mail address and password to log in. If you do not have a PayPal account, enter the information to create one.
  3. Confirm your payment method and complete payment. PayPal will e-mail you a receipt and return you to our order page.
  4. Payment must be submitted within 24 hours, or your order will be cancelled.
Problems?
If you complete payment, but do not return to our order page, please click here to check your order status. This process attempts to reconcile your payment with your order and may take up to two business days to complete.


Please note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to make use of this option. PayPal will also allow you to pay using a credit card. Payment must be submitted within 24 hours, or your order will be cancelled.

Finalization

At this point, your order will show the awaiting payment status. When your payment has been made via PayPal the order status will change to completed and you will be sent your order emails as well as a receipt from PayPal. You must submit payment within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled.

7. Phone - Credit Card

As an alternate form of payment to credit cards online, you may pay for your order using your credit card, via phone. We currently accept the following currencies for orders that will be paid by credit card:
  • US dollar (USD)
  • Canadian dollar (CAD or CDN)
  • Australian dollar (AUD)
  • Euro
  • British pound sterling (GBP)
We are currently accepting the following credit card types:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Visa Check Card
  • Eurocard
  • MasterMoney
  • American Express (USD only)
  • Discover (USD only)

Process

You may phone RegNow's 24/7 Customer Service Center at +1-952-646-5331 or toll free from the US and Canada at 1-877-353-7297 to place an order by phone.
When you order by phone you need to provide the product ID number for ASAP Utilities, which is 6219-2.

Please note: Phone orders are subject to an additional $3.00 USD order processing fee.

Finalization

Phone orders follow the same basic process as an online order.
